Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Weightivity, a service operated by PCMG Consulting Services Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (Company No. SC852814) with its registered office at 5 St Murdochs Crescent, Arbroath, Angus, DD11 5DA, United Kingdom (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By accessing Weightivity’s website, community, coaching, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Weightivity provides:

Community membership and peer support

Group coaching and accountability programmes

Access to digital content (courses, resources, guides)

One-to-one coaching sessions (booked separately)
We reserve the right to update, improve, or change our services at any time.
3. Membership & Subscriptions
3.1. Subscriptions are billed monthly (or as otherwise displayed at checkout) through Stripe or Skool.
3.2. A 7-day free trial is available. After this trial, subscription payments will begin automatically unless cancelled.
3.3. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings on Skool or by contacting support. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period except as required by law.
4. One-to-One Coaching Services
4.1. One-to-one coaching sessions are purchased separately.
4.2. By booking a session within 14 days of purchase, you agree that the service will be delivered immediately, and you waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right once the session is completed.
4.3. If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited.
4.4. Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.
5. Payments, Refunds & Cooling-Off
5.1. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or Skool. We do not store your full payment details.
5.2. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase. However:

For subscriptions and digital content, you acknowledge that your cancellation right ends once digital access has begun following the free trial.

For one-to-one coaching, you acknowledge that your cancellation right ends once the service is delivered.
5.3. Refunds are not issued except where required by UK consumer law.
6. User Responsibilities & Conduct
6.1. You agree not to use Weightivity for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
6.2. You must not post, share, or distribute offensive, defamatory, or misleading content within the community.
6.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules without refund.
7. Health Disclaimer
7.1. Weightivity does not provide medical advice. Our services are for educational, motivational, and community support purposes only.
7.2. You should consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional before making decisions relating to your diet, medication, or health.
7.3. We accept no liability for health outcomes resulting from reliance on content or coaching provided through Weightivity.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PCMG Consulting Services Ltd is not liable for:

Losses resulting from reliance on information provided

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of profits, income, or business opportunities
8.2. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Cancellation & Termination
9.1. You may cancel subscriptions through your Skool/Stripe account. Cancellation stops future payments.
9.2. We reserve the right to terminate access to Weightivity at our sole discretion if you breach these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. You agree that the Scottish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
11. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect once posted on our website. Continued use of Weightivity after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
